Ligament Pains from Sneezing?
Has anyone sneezed and had the worst ligament pains ever? Like doubling over pains? I'm 24 weeks and get those and they hurt sooo bad!
Yeah seriously I get them just standing up and have to hunch over to walk sometimes and I swear my boyfriend doesn't believe it hurts that much. I guess he thinks I'm being a wimp about it, but it's not like he's ever had his insides stretched outwards like that! Lol
Yesss, I got them a lot more earlier on, but I'm starting to get it again now every so often that I'm in my third trimester. And not only when I sneeze, so watch for it when you cough, laugh too hard, sit up way too fast/wrong. :p all part of the joys of growing a human inside you. (It happens because of the stretching)
Make sure you don't have a uti. I thought i was having ligament pain but went to the doctor and found out it was a uti
I got those a lot earlier in my pregnancy and I only get them occasionally now. But I would just sit down or lay down and almost cry. It would hurt so bad sometimes.
I did and god it hurt so bad, i couldnt even laugh or sit/move in a certain position because it would hurt. My doc recommended using a warm wet cloth and massaging my ligaments it actually helped (:
