I'm having contraction like pains

I think I'm having contraction like pains and I'm only 3-4 weeks so far. They aren't sharp but they are uncomfortable. Is this normal? I have my first doc appointment tomorrow but I'm worried and I freaking out about this.

You're probably ok, unless you have bleeding too I wouldn't worry. Our bodies go through a lot of adjustment during pregnancy (even early pregnancy) so there are a lot of aches and pains involved. They warn you about morning sickness but not about this, but it's normal.

Yes that's exactly what's happening your ligaments and muscles are gearing up for this 9 months of physical change. It's very concerning this is my second child and I still freaked out the first few weeks I was pregnant over the cramps. Like I said unless they are severe constant or there's blood it's probably nothing to worry about.

So could it be that I'm cramping because my uterus is expanding for the baby?

I just worried because I thought that I may be miscarrying. I have a docs appointment tomorrow but I want to make sure in case I need to go to the hospital. I hope your right.

You are probably not having contractions probably just cramping which is totally normal. Try not to worry if it gets to bad but unless they are severe or you are bleeding than it's probably nothing to worry about
