false positive?

So am almost a week late I took two home tests and both were a very faint positive I can't afford to go the doctor how do know for sure if it's positive?

It is possible to get a false positive. I know somebody that had it happen.

Medicaid will back pay for 3 months. You should make a doctor appointment.

Pregnancy tests read positive by detecting a hormone in your urine called hcg. This hormone will not be present if you are not pregnant. Congratulations, you're having a baby :) medicaid is very easy to apply for. I was approved and had my cards in less than a week, all expenses covered. Apply for medicaid find an obgyn that takes it and start taking prenatal vitamins. You can get them anywhere vitamins are sold and they're very cheap. Good luck :)

All of mine were very faint . I took a few out of paranoia. And now im 27 weeks pregnant. Congrats.

If it said positive, then it's positive. There's no such thing as a false positive unless your test was a blue dye test. Congrats! You can look into medicaid if you can't afford to go to the Dr.

Pregnancy tests don't give false positives usually. Just false negatives. My line was extremely faint even at two weeks late and here I am, 4 days from my due date lol. Congrats!

It would be very rare to get a false positive, especially two. Congratulations you're pregnant. But you need to get prenatal care so please go to the doctor. Apply for medicaid.
