:( this ***** so bad. Literally all day long I am yawning and feeling groggy. Do you have any suggestions to cope with it? I've already taken two naps today and I try to lay down as much as possible but I am still waking up feeling so rundown, I can barely get anything done!

I'm 19 weeks and feel the same way!! I'm always extremely tired. I just try to make myself stay active during the day when I can't take a nap and then I can go to bed early.

It's normal. My first three months I didn't wanna do a damp thing lol even showering was annoying the house was a mess.. but it does get better. I'm 23 weeks now and super energized. I do it all.. just take it easy and push yourself a little

Thanks ladies! I am actually feeling more awake now. ...however it's almost 12:30am lol. Another question, what can I do to NOT get so annoyed with my husband. He totally does not understand this whole fatigue stage and is constantly telling me I need to do this, do that. He is being slightly insensitive right now :(

You know that you need to rest and your dr knows that you need to rest. I'm 25 weeks and still exhausted but I also 2 little ones too. If there are days that I can't get in a small nap and I do not get anything done, my SO knows better than to even look at me side ways lol and it can wait for the next day. I have to literally force myself to do anything more than half the time. There are days even the thought of showering makes me tired.

Lol I guess you're right, but I've been really snappy with him tonight.. I should punch him in his sleep! :-) Did your fatigue get any better late in your pregnancy? I'm only 6wks and it is really bad!

Some days it's worse and some days i have the energy to get stuff done. On those days I go out with the kids and make sure they have out of the house time. On the days that I'm too tired I stay home and try to get as much of the usual done as possible. And I have punched mine in his sleep lol. My 3 year old likes to get up inthe middle of the night all the time like multiple times and then he comes home from work at like 2 or 3 am and decodes to start snoring or his work phone rings because he's on call and he doesn't hear it so I'm left with no choice but literally hit him to get him to wake up. Sometimes now he just sleeps on the couch if he knows that it's been a rough night for me. I feel bad but we honestly both sleep better that way.

Well maybe I should try that. If I can get over this heavy fatigue I'll be ok. Thankfully no nausea has set in yet *knock on wood* I'm really ready for these next 236 days to fly by!
