feeling pressured :(

So my boyfriends family haven't had a baby girl in 12 years as their family is dominant in baby boys.. I was hoping more for a baby girl myself anyway as my boyfriend already has a little boy and I could see myself with a little girl now, we've already decided on the girl name also.. I know for a face if I have a boy there won't be as much attention towards my baby and I feel as though everyone will be disappointed,  this will make me disappointed in myself, I just want to give everyone what they want and I want my baby to have the upmost love he/she deserves.. I feel pressured into having a girl and I don't want too :(

Why does it matter? If my fiancés family was like that then I wouldn't give a crap what they think! You can not control what you are having and they should understand and respect that and not pressure to have a girl because you don't have a freaking a choice!

Hey! There is nothing you can do.  You caging a child is a blessing in itself.  Just take a moment and realize that no matter what is your baby!  Even though everyone had there hopes up, the decision had already been made! Enjoy your pregnancy and stop with the unnecessary concerns! Focus on healthy and happy. For both you and baby!

They can't get be mad at you if you have a boy. It's your partners sperm that also decides the sex of the baby. I would point that out. So if you end up with a little boy it's all on him. Just be happy with your little blessing, I don't think they'll just ignore your baby because he's a boy. They might be upset but that will pass (:
