fighting pica

Has anyone else had pica? I crave dish soap, windex, hand sanitizer, and gas. Sometimes the cravings are so bad I end up crying. I know it's bad for me and baby girl but I just don't know what to do to help stop them or slow them down at home or work. Please just looking for advice I already get looked at weird when people ask what it is and what I crave.

I don't crave those kinds of things, but I always need to have a piece of sponge in my mouth. I don't eat it, just like the feeling.

I feel like to eat sand. You know the beautiful sent you get when it rains in the garden. That kind of sent from sand. I haven't eat any but I have strong feeling to taste it. Lol

I don't eat any of the stuff but it's something with the smells that just set me off.
