My doc is Reena Tharrapel-Jacob with OGA (obstetrical & gynecological Assoc.) She works at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land and Methodist Sugar Land. She's very conservative in her approach. Doesn't induce unless medically necessary. You can go natural or not. Whatever you prefer. She's probably no older than 40. Just really calm and very compassionate. From downtown to her office with no traffic is prob 20-25 mins. But since you're closer to the Med Center, you may look at the new womans hosp.at Tx Childrens.

Its important to find a doctor that will be good for you. What I mean by that is ask people what kind of birth they had (natural, medicated, elective cesareanetc) if it sounds like the experience you want then the doc is good for you. Good luck!

What part of Houston?  I have a doc in Sugar Land that I love so much that I go to her still after moving to Cypress. I believe she does take Medicaid.
