Nausea

Hey,
I'm about six and a half weeks pregnant and although I haven't experienced any morning sickness, I constantly feel nauseous throughout the day. It's really effecting what I eat which is not a lot now and I'm worried it may harm the baby. I've tried eating ginger as that supposedly helps but that just made me feel worse. Does anybody have any suggestions to what might be able to help? I want to try and stay away from medicines as much as I can, so natural remedies would be better but I'll take any help you can give! :)

Bland foods. I eat a lot of shredded chicken and noodles with mashed potatoes. Also small portions more often. Some days I eat almost every 2 hours. Strong mint gum has also helped. The kind that is almost like toothpaste its so strong.
