So my last period started on March 23 and ended on March 27. Since then, nothing. I thought that last month I didn't get it because I was super nervous/stressed out for going to the gyno for my pap exam (that always makes me nervous lol), wouldn't be the first time I've missed it cause of stress. Then this month, its the 23rd and haven't gotten it yet. I was thinking, maybe its cause I'm stressed out about some money issues...but maybe I'm pregnant? Me and my boy havent been "trying" but we haven't been "not trying", if you know what I mean. Last week I started thinking that maybe I was pregnant...after all, I was going to the bathroom like every 20 minutes during the day, then sometimes I get nauseous (random times during the day) and extreme mood changes! So yesterday I decided to finally, for the first time in my life, go to get a home pregnancy test so I went to Rite Aid and got its generic brand. Came out negative :-( I was wondering, can this be a false negative, if I havent had my period for 2 months? or am I just missing it cause of stress? (maybe also cause I'm going to the gym for 2 hours at least 4 times a week- just started going 2 months ago btw). I'm 99% sure I don't have anything bad in my lady parts, since I went to the gyno last month and she told me everything was ok. I think the only illness that can make you lose a period is PCOS, right?  aaahhh what can I do...i definitely can't get pregnant now that I didn't get my period..

In this case the egg comes before the chicken ;-)   If you dont ovulate, you wont get your period, its not the other way around.

And yes, you need to ovulate to conceive.  Are you tracking ovulation?  If you arent getting your period on a regular basis it will be hard to know if/when  you do ovulate (besides either finding out you are pregnant or getting your period 2 weeks later).

well if your not ovulating. then you won't conceive. That CAN cause a missed period. But also... my mom didn't get positive tests until she was around 2 or 3 months along with me and my 3 brothers. She had to get a blood test to show anything.

Nevermind I just realized (after thinking about it for the last 20 minutes lol) that I pee every 20 minutes mostly in the morning, after I have a cafe latte followed by 18oz of water LOL so that explains me wanting to pee so much :-(

Sometimes a UTI doesnt cause burning or visible bleeding.  Other things can cause frequent urination besides pregnancy or UTI.  

If you are pregnant, you probably would have conceived less than 14 days ago.  HPTs are typically quite accurate after that timeframe.

It's definitely not a UTI, since it doesn't burn, nor bleeds nor anything. Guess I should make an appt with the gyno now! (I don't have a general health-doctor since I don't have insurance)

TONS of things can cause you to miss a period.

That being said, its times to see your doctor.  Its possible you are pregnant but if you arent, its important to find out why you are urinating so frequently.
