Lol I understand the craving. How have you been with nausea and morning sickness?

Be careful with some spicy foods, they can have a high salt content. When I was around you're at, 7-8weeks I was craving spicy foods so bad! I ended up giving in. I felt awful afterwards. Although I had difficulties with being nauseous a lot. If you have had difficulties, just take it a little at a time to see how your body takes it. Other than that, enjoy! Cravings are extremely fun during pregnancy and usually satisfying them is quite pleasurable :)

I ate it during my pregnancy but I didn't eat it while breastfeeding my daughter prefer normal breastmilk than spicy breast milk she would make this ugly face and not eat so i had to make a bottle before I ate spicy so It wouldn't past it through breast milk. My daughter is so picky to this very day. But everyone is different

It's fine. Eat as much as you want. I eat spicy foods all the time. Also spicy foods only help progress labor (sometimes) not bring it on so don't worry
