fruit/veggi size?

So the reference they have that shows the fruit/veggi size of baby is that just referring to the length of the baby or what? I'm currently a coconut but go to a leak as of Friday so I'm just confused if I'm 36+5 and I'm a coconut now how is a leak larger unless they go by length. Sorry so random I was just looking at the chart.

I'm just glad I'm not the only one who is confused lol. My husband had asked the same question and I was like I have no idea.

I think it fluctuates according to length or weight, like one week they go by length(carrot) and the next week weight(pomegranate). At least that's the only logical explanation I could come up with. It would be better if there's was some kinda continuity though, lol.
