Get lots of bed rest and drink plenty of fluids. Being dehydrated can give you contractions.

I've been going through this the last 6 weeks and I'm now 33weeks 3days and the best thing you can do is to relax and follow your drs orders! I have a really short cervix and I'm 50% effaced and was having contractions but so far everythings been ok since I've been resting a lot and doing what my dr tells me but I hope this helps hun best of luck and if you need to talk message me
