tricks to get baby to move

some of you may know I posted a few days ago about not feeling my baby move a lot. I am 5months and 5days. I started to feel my baby girl move quit a bit and then it would be just a few flutters here and there and the she would come back strong. well I haven't felt much of anything since yesterday and I feel like I tried everything....I drank juice, water, and even a small cup of cola and layed down for about 20mins and nothing. I also tried the flash light to the belly...music...and no movements...should I go to the er? or is there anything else I can try before going?

Cold stuff like ice cubes or lollies always get my little one moving about also massaging my belly and it sounds so silly but also poking my belly button to clean it out like w

When my mom was pregnant of my little brother she would eat a couple ice cubes to.make him move.

Pizza makes my baby move. I'm 24.4 weeks. I also use a flashlight on my tummy! Cold sweet stuff helps too. Like chocolate milk and orange juice!! :-) also when my boyfriend talks into my stomach she wakes up. Like long noises and the vibration makes her move :-)

thanks ladies. I lied down and drank some OJ and it worked so I am little less nervous. I also just had some ice cream about half hour 45mins ago and she moved again. im guessing she is up all night while I'm sleeping and then sleeps during the day. I'm going to try and keep calm and talk to my dr about it tomorrow! Thankyou

Eat something really sweet like skittles. We dont start counting kicks till 24 weeks (i believe). She is most likely fine just tired.

I would go in just to be safe...like you I tried everything even sweets and my baby would not move...right after my shower yesterday I waited and went in...turns out I was having contractions and I didn't even know it...if the orange juice doesn't work go in!!!
