Any moms out there who have had this birth defect? If so, could you share your story? My baby girl was just diagnosed with it today, 21 weeks.
Part of the abdominal wall didn't form, so some intestines are protruding. In worse cases its more than just the small or large intestine, some babies stomachs can protrude or even their livers. My next ultrasound to hopefully see how large the hole is will be performed on the 18th but I know Annabelle is a strong one.
I have no idea but I have seen a lot of mom's going through this with their baby/babies. What is it?
