genital infections

I am worried about what's going on down there. This is my first pregnancy and never had anything like this going on down there before. Its many bumps on the left outside of my vagina. They leak and last night it was hard like crust over them but its not there now. I tested negative for herpes but I'm still worried. I go to a prenatal clinic and after the herpes test was negative she said its some kind of skin infection not really saying anything else just giving me antibiotics to take for ten days and said we will see from there. Could anyone help me or give me anything on what they have experience.

I had weird red bumps to in my last month but they went away. I have a bad memory so I forget how to describe it really. Also after I had my baby I had a weird pimple on my vagina lip from maybe an infected hair and when I squeezed it greenish puss came out lol grossed me out but it went away
