The first week was pretty heavy and then I had light bleeding and spotting for about 3 more weeks. I had 2nd degree episiotomy. I found if I over did things I bled more.....

I had 3rd degree tears. Bleeding was severe for me the first couple days I was in the hospital but drmaticly went down after that. I stopped bleeding after 2 weeks I believe. I tore from one whole to the other as well. Given my baby was also big. Im only 4'11 and my baby was 8lbs 11 oz
