I am only 13w1d however I have been talking to my mom over the holidays, she's a nurse and had me and my brother naturally (no meds) & breastfed us both so I'm really leaning on her for tips because I want to do things the same...ANYWAYS..she told me something that I have not seen on this forum yet and its definitely something I'm trying and thought I'd share..she said that you need to prepare your nipples for breastfeeding as early as possible (she told me to start now) that after I get out of the shower when I dry off to be a bit firmer drying off my nipples, and to even pull and tug on them a little bit to get the ready for a baby to be pulling and sucking on...totally makes sense to me and maybe everyone knows this already but just thought I'd share :)
