Mine told me to stop at 20 weeks.

When you lie on your back, the weight of the pregnant uterus slows the return of blood to your heart, which reduces blood flow to the fetus. That means the baby is getting less oxygen and fewer nutrients.

If I lay on my back, I make sure there's plenty of pillows to keep me upright so it doesn't cause any harm. Laying on my sides hurt too. (Almost 32 weeks on monday)

I was hoping someone would say 20. Sleeping on my side is so uncomfortable but I'll be a team player. Thanks
