Braxton hicks?

Ok so I am 22 weeks with twins and I don't know if what I am feeling is Braxton hicks or baby a just putting a lot of pressure.   I will get really tight in my lower part of my uterus for maybe 30-45 seconds then it will go away and come back every 10-15 minutes.   Please help. I'm getting aggravated with it because the only way to relieve the discomfort is the sit down or bend over.

I'm not saying go to the hospital, just call labour and delivery.

I'm not going to the hospital.  They take way too long.  And when I lay down I don't have the tightness. I see the dr in 9 hours.

Well my upper part is always tight because of where baby b sits so I can't really tell.  But I have an appointment tomorrow morning.  And it just started happening since I went back to work last week.

Usually your whole tummy gets tight with Braxton hicks, however if since the tightening is so regular I would call in and see if they want to check you.
