So I went for my first appt today 11w3d. Dr could not find heartbeat with the doppler so im going for an us today. She said its normal since its early butb I'm worried!
Some peoples baby's are further in there and some are like near the belly more so. I could hear my son on the Doppler at 9+2 and the Dr was surprised we found it. So I'm sure your baby is fine :) good luck and congrats
Sending thoughts your way for today. Im sure everything will be just fine its harder to hear the heartbeat in the first trimester cuz babe is so tiny and can float around like.crazy. My one gf couldnt hear her babe with the doppler until after 12 weeks cuz babe wouldnt ever sit still. Think positive!

A lot of times you think you're 11-12 weeks and go for you're first ultrasound and you're only 9-10 weeks.
It should be fine... if you're heavy they may have a harder time finding it... or you may not be as far along as you think... usually at 11 weeks they can hear it with Doppler.
