Has anyone of yall ladies wake up.in.the middle of the with numb fingers and pain? Im 19weeks.& wake up with pain in my fingers and numbness.

Every time I try to sleep I have a hand go numb. Even for just a hour. I have not figured out how to make it stop tho :(

Could be carpal tunnel which is common during pregnancy and can mostly show signs on a night time. Numbness of hands and fingers. Pain that follows. Google it. Theres loads of info about it. Its not serious but mention it to your midwife x

Ok thanks im going to try that but my hands get numb say like right now tht im.typing but once i put them down everything gets better

Yes to prevent it slepp with both hands underyour pillows lie on your side and pprop up your feet works for me

Yes I have been waking up in the middle of the night to wake up my hand and arm I like to sleep with my hands near my face but I noticed if I put them down they won't get numb maybe or whole body needs top be elevated
