hands and arm going numb

So my right arm is feeling slightly numb from my shoulder down in to a few fingers. Also feels like some pressure. I had this with my first pregnancy too. Any Idea on n what's causing this or suggestions to help it go away ? Is this normal?

Apparently some pregnant women get carpel tunnel during pregnancy, it goes away once bubs is born. That's what I've been told :)

At times I experience numbness in my arms/legs and sometimes even my face. I have episodes where I have sezuries/fainting like things. I get really dizzy and all these other things to. I was I hospital for it but they have no idea why it happens to me. Ive worked out myself that it happens when I do too much and especially if im dehydrated. I would suggest taking hydralytes they help to hydrate u really quickly. I hope this helps u out! Its scarey going numb
