Unless you are having complications, it shouldn't. Many women work out throughout most of their pregnancy. Just take it easy and if it is feeling super uncomfortable or anything, slow down or stop.
But I'm proud of you for exercising!! You go girl!!
I'm 21 weeks as well and I've been doing them, all I end up is sore; I think it's fine :)
