I'm sorry you have to wait, its really not fair, but in my experience, if there was something "very" wrong thye would call you right away. I was only home for 2 hours when i got the call (at home, alone) that the pregnancy "wasn't viable", this after the tech saying "everything is fine with your fluid", and "oh look, the baby is waving at you" and this coming from an u/s where they weren't supose to even show us the baby, was just a quick check on my fluid (but i think she knew after i heard the words it would never be the same)
Thank you... and since I'm only going on 23 weeks I'm hoping by about 26-28weeks DH can feel him.
I can DEFINITELY feel him but he's not making my stomach visibly move yet.. guess it's that little layer of xtra padding. (I don't consider myself overweight, just plus sized.. maybe about 1 inch of xtra padding on the stomach, 2'in on lower stomach.) And I can't feel it from outside other than the occasional TINY TINY twitch. it's frustrating.
There were a few times between 18-24 weeks that DH TOLD me he could feel Aj but at 26 weeks when Aj gave him a real swift kick in the jaw while he was trying to listen to him, he admitted to me that he hadn't really felt him before and that he was only trying to make me feel better. So, around 26 weeks or so and TRUST me when I say that this little man was definitely kicking hard enough for him to feel it before that. Not only could people see him moving from across the room but they could feel him as well.
I hope you get better news this time than you have these few recent times.
