Every time I get a horrible headache I drink lots of cold water and sit for a bit and it usually goes away ! Try drinking lots of cold water and stay away from the sun for a cpl days otherwise it'll get worse

Just make sure your bath isn't too hot. Take some water with you to drink. You should maybe try to lay down for a bit after too and catch some sleep. Feel better soon.

Just stay cool, but not cold. Wet a rag and lay it on your forehead or your chest. Stay hydrated and keep your skin moisturized with just aloe, not lotion. Lotion is oily and holds in heat. Aloe and air dry.....

If you were out in the sun too long and are really burnt, you may have a slight case of sun poisoning. Call your doc in the AM
