For my migraines the best thing is Tylenol with a little caffeine and an icepack.  Than a nap in a dark quiet room.  I was told headaches are at their worse around 16 weeks hopefully they start to get better for you soon.  Mine started getting better around 20 weeks

I get migraines and this baby hates Tylenol, so I take a Benadryl and a nap

Chug water! The main reason headaches occur is dehydration, so drink two water bottles one right after the other and it should help. Also try and avoid salt, it exacerbates head aches.
