headache :/

My head has been hurting almost all day and tylenol isn't helping :( what should I do grr

I was okayed to take excedrine for my migraines during my pregnancy. One regular excedrine has a safe amount of caffeine. They wanted to give me vicodine and oxycontin for the headaches but I said no thanks. So I researched and found excedrine was ok.

Tylenol *****. It never works for me. Just lay down in silence and cut the lights off. Sweetheart that could work too.

Take your Tylenol& have a cup of coffee! Or some caffeine. I have had suicide migraines my whole life& now that second trimester hit I get them even more. Doctor said caffeine will help& it does! Turn the lights& TV etc off& get a cold wash clothe! If you feel nausea coming on& need to vomit do it. You will feel better. If yer getting them often start a food journal cuz  some foods might trigger it!

Oh god you have on of those migraines thats going to last a few days probably. I recently had one it lasted 2 1/2 days straight and Tylenol didn't do anything. You just have to ride it out. Try lying down in a dark room with a cold wet cloth on your forehead.

Mine just went away. I had it since yesterday. Try to nap, and drink water. If not, drink some coke. Good luck!
