Ughhh waking up at 215am with killer heart burn! I haven't had heart burn this whole time, so i guess that's not too bad. I'm 22 weeks. I keep poppin tums but they wear off so fast. Any mommys have tips on how to ease it??

Thanks ladies! Unfortunately, I can't drink milk =/ it gives me horrible stomach pain. But at this point I'll try anything!
