When I get a hot flash I put an ice pack on my chest right above my boobs. It always helps!

Take a cool shower, put a cold wash cloth on your fore head, behind your neck and soles of your feet. , ice water . And lay down relax don't do too much.

Take a cool shower. Then air dry. That always seems to help me cool down.
