I don't take prenatal vitamins but I eat three of my childs gummie vitamins is this a bad choice or is it ok?

2 flintstone vitamins are totally fine to take longs u are getting ur vitamins ur ok my doctor told me flintstones vitamins are ok to take

Actually i take 2 flinstones childrens gummie vitamins and an iron pill, my doctor said it would be easier for me to take these rather than a prenatal because they made me sick. And the vitamins should have everything your body will beed including the folic acid the only thing they lack is iron

Hi well depends on your diet you should be haveing multiple vitamins and calcium everyday along with some foltic acid. I would suggest taking perenital vitamims because it will keep the baby strong and healthy along with your self and helps  prevents miscarrages :)
