help! nausea?

What helps u ladies with nausea? I feel nauseous and I have to go to work soon, anything that helps u ladies when u r naseous? Plz anything will help

The wrist bands work woooooonders!!!!!!!!!!! I was so so so so sick with my last pregnancy and my husband bought those, I laughed at him, he's like just TRY it, so I did, yeah I quit getting sick! =)

I've been using the sea bands as my doctor failed to get my meds called in on Thurs and his office was closed on Fri, so I have to wait till Monday to get some real relief.  
They help a little, they don't make it go away.

the only thing that took the edge off of it for me was zofran...ask your ob about it at your next appt...you can try the sea bands but they didnt work for me...i also found that eating certain fruits helped too (grapes particularly)...best of luck

The only thing that's helping me is Reglan and Zofran. The sea bands I'm not sure helped me.

you can get Anti sickness tablets from your GP :) x

There are tablets You can buy from the pharmacist or chemist when You're pregnant. These tablets are perfectly safe in pregnancy and are herbal.
Ginger tablets, they're used for travelling etc and nausea.
The smell of these tablets can be strong though especially with your sense getting stronger in pregnancy and if you're feeling nauseous already they can be hard to swallow,

It didn't do a whole lot for me but i've heard amazing things about ginger try canada dry ginger ale or some ginger snap cookies. They also have things that i think you can get at babies r us or motherhood stores called prego pops that i've heard worked wonders.. hope you feel better uck i know what you're going thru!
