There is a lot of sugar is orange juice.
Is it true that I also cant have orange juice?
Torriee, if you took your test a couple weeks ago, your probably fine! The docs office doesn't usually call if you passed the test but will if you fail and since its been weeks I'd say you passed, it doesn't take that long to get results. :)
Thanx ladies I will see if they offer classes..
If it raises it to high then stay away from it and do something like egg and cheese on a thin bagel or she said the pre package of flavored oats is good just don't add more sugar to it.
Did they send you to a class? I went to my diabetes class today they told me that my morning sugars will take a fee days to figure out because certain people's bodies react differently. So if I want fruit then that's fine but at first only eat half of that apple or a whole banana but even it out with granola
You can honestly eat what you want. Just check ur blood sugar before you eat an go off that. If it is high I would do an English muffin or toast or eggs for breakfast. But if it is lower go and eat fruit. Just try to keep up with ur sugar levels and the intake of sugar. Diabetes is just a balance act. One of my family members that raised me is diabetic and they ate what they wanted according to their sugar levels. If it was high they ate things that were low in carbs and sugar. If it was low they are more carbs and sugar.
If you want fruit eat stuff that's not super ripe. Stick with apples and bananas.
that ***** :/ my aunt was also diabetic during pregnancy... i took my 1 hr one a couple weeks ago i believe ill get my results next week... im kinna nervous :/
According to the blood sugar papers it says fruit contains alot of sugar that can make my blood pressure go up so I cant have fruit for breakfast but I can have some as a snack
