The Main Woman In Charge Over My Ob Office Has 3 Other People Working Under Her And She Said It Could Be Any Of Them Delivering Me So It Could Be Like That Where The Person On Call Is Still In The Same Practice As The One Main Person You Have Been Seeing!? If They All Work Together In The Same Practice They Should know

At the hospital I had my son at, the nurses went over a birth plan with me while I was having contractions since I was never given a birth plan. But every hospital is different, ask your doctor at your next visit. Good luck!

When you register at hospital you can give them a copy and bring a copy with you when you are going to give birth. But just remember a plan is just a guideline with birth you gotta expect the unexpected and take things as they come.

My doc gave me a form to fill out that was our birth plan and we just held on to it and brought it to the hospital with us. If you google birth plan template you can find some. It's nice to have it on paper to in case something happens and they don't have time to ask questions.
