help!!!
Any ways to help a crick in rhe neck ive always been told to just move my head around and it will work out but this is making my head hurt? Would it help if I put a heating pad on it or ice pack??
A heating pad or ice pack will do just fine. Make sure to alternate the two. And moving your head around might hurt but just do it a little anyways. I hope it goes away soon.
