it could but most likely it could just be the way how the baby is positioned too. but i really think you dont have anything to worry about sweetie. if you could ask your doctor if she could redo it because your concerned your baby might have a cleft pallet. but i really dont think she has one.
It does kind of look abnormal but then again, it looks like there is a hole right through the skull, so more than likely its just how the photo was taken. If your baby was going to have an abnormality like that and they could clearly see it while doing your ultrasound, then they'd tell you. I wouldn't stress on it if they didn't bring anything other than "your baby looks good" up
