Does anybody know how to get rid of them? Ive read all about how to soothe them but not make them go away. Im 35 weeks, and 20 years old. I know its a part of pregnancy but Im too embarrassed to go to the drug store and buy a cream. My boyfriend laughed at me and called me gross. I just would like to know im not alone on this.
I work at a surgeon's office. They always tell the patients to do sitz baths and increase your fiber intake. I also believe metamucil helps with constipation and is safe during pregnancy
