I'm 21w3d and I've been having horrible pains in my right hip. It gets bad enough to where I can move my leg or back, and if I try to I end up crying.. Is this normal? I have an appointment tmrw with doc and I'm gonna talk to her about it.

Ok thank you ladies. It doesn't help that my scoliosis makes the rest of my back hurt.. I'll try a warm compress, don't have heat pad anymore.. thank you!

I'm 26 weeks 3 days and so far still get these pains. To the point where I have to sit or curl in a ball. In my case its round ligament pain. While your pregnant your ab muscles split down the middle and move to the side where they continue to stretch. Just breathe and try stretching and exercising. Its helped me a lot. Also a hot pad oj LOW heat will help relax those muscles. Try fiberous foods as well. Hope this helped you a little. (:

Yes its normal. It could either be your hips widening for baby or could be round ligament pains? Lol
