hip/pubic bone pain

I am 34 weeks along and for the past few weeks I've been having extreme pain in my hips/pubic bone when i try to get up after I've been laying down for a while. It feels like when i turn to roll out of bed if i spread my hips slightly i get this crack/popping right in the middle of my hips under the pubis bone and it fells like my pelvis is breaking in two. Its the worst pain and i have to scream when it happens. Before is was happening every once in awhile but now its every time. Does anybody have this going on or know any way to help it from hurting so bad. I sleep on my side with support between my legs and surrounding my back and abdomen. And ive been wearing a belly band to

Heating pad worked the best for me, I tried a ball and that gave temporary relief, active on or icey hot was recommended to me by my doctor but I haven't tried it since the heat has worked so well for me.

This just started to happen to me, after viewing the ultrasound my baby is resting his head right on my pelvis. HEAT! has been my best friend. I have the heating pad that I used for cramps plugged in right on the side if the bed. SOME TIME I place it under my buttox and Sometimes right Underneath my belly. 20 min and I am sleeping.

Try using a ball. Works great. I had the pain but since I started bouncing on the ball and moving my hips around I don't get the pain. do it for 30 minutes 6 times a day. Helps wonderfully
