Paracetamol is pregnancy category C means the risk cannot be ruled out, then it said it was related to ibuprofin/aspirin and NSAIDS arent allowed :/
Unless you have talked to yout dr about it the ONLY pain reliever in the US thats safe for everyday use is Tylenol
