hoo-haa stretches?

Who's done them? Who's going to do them? What are your thoughts?

I'm a ftm and I'm worried about tearing during labour. I'm due in 24days.

My midwife told me about the stretches you can do, I mean literally stretching/massaging that area, in preparation for labour.

Any success stories?
Or do they not really work?

I feel like nothing can prepare you physically for your first childbirthing experience. It seems everyone has to get stitches!

I've Actually heard that the labor classes  techniques go right out the window when the REAL thing kicks in. Lol and hopefully the baby won't tear you , that's a fear for me also.
