Well today was my 38 week check up (I'm 37+6) 75% effaced...still 1cm dilated :/ and baby still hasn't dropped....my midwife said to keep walking walking walking...so that's what I'm going to do...she said next Monday I get my membrane sweep! Excited and hope it gets the ball rolling!!!! Because today after everything I done and no progress was a major let down :(...keep your fingers crossed for me ladies :)
Walking!!! Like pulling hills...and Taylor sitting...and squats lol...that helped me...also staying really hydrated
Im 37w4d and at 37w1d I had absolutely no progress, not dilated not effaced and not dropped, so im hoping for progress on friday!
