I'm a big fan of deep, cleansing breaths as I feel anger/irritation bubbling up in me. I also like to write out what I'm ticked off about in a journal. Then I get it out without taking it out on my partner. Exercise is our body's natural stress reliever, so that helps too. good luck

Ooo yes a bath is what I'll do too. With some yummy smelling bath salts and some quiet music. Or i go for a walk if the weather is decent. Both help a lot. But the crazy hormones are totally normal.
Thats a good idea. I feel so bad for my husband. Lol
I always take a warm bath when I get angry. Sometimes the best thing to do is go for walks or just take time to urself. My poor husband has learnt when to over look me
