First time and cramps

Hey all it's my first time ring pregnant and I'm nervous and excited but I keep getting little cramps here and there just like I was having my period everyone keeps telling not to worry about it to much cause I'm not bleeding or spotting but I'm still scared. Anyone else ever deal with this?

Yes it's very normal. Everyone goes through it while pregnant. It's your uterus stretching for baby. It will happen from time to time for awhile. Like she said above, don't worry unless they get very bad and last awhile, or you start bleeding. :)

Yep I felt crampy in the beginning as well. Dont be concerned unless you are spotting/bleeding and the cramps are severe. :)
