please someone reassure me

I'm seventeen. I had unprotected sex on the last day of my period, which lasted at least 24 hours after the act. 12 hours after the act, I took Plan B.

It's been five weeks since I took the emergency contraceptive. Since then, I had what I've been calling a "mini period"; it wasn't spotting - it was a full on red blooded period, and it continued over four days starting a few days after taking the EC.

I've read that there'd 1 in 5 chances of being pregnant on your period, and that there's a 1 in 8 chance of being pregnant after taking plan B.

My boobs aren't tender, I feel tired only because I'm a student and I don't get much sleep anyway, and so far I haven't thrown up.

I'm worried about the fact that I haven't gotten my period yet, especially because some forums say you can have your period and be pregnant anyway.

Is it more likely for plan b to make your period late or early? Does anyone know what this "mini period" might be?
I'm usually on a 28 day cycle, so if the short period came a few days after the EC, shouldn't it come in the next few days?

I really just need someone to clarify and maybe give me a few words of hope.
thanks

If you have a 28 day cycle then you would typically ovulate 2 weeks before your period, being ie cd14.so by having sex last day of your period you are unlikely to be pregnant.so I would say relax.and make sure you use some form of birth control when having sex in the future.all the best.
