how did you tell your husband/bf/baby daddy
I took the test when he was at work and it was positive before I could set it down. I was so freaked out I took a pic of it and sent to him over text message. Biggest surprise he's gotten on break I'm sure. Lol he was happy, just very surprised since he didn't even know I was late. I was sure that test would be negative. I even bought pads with it! Lol

With our first my husband actually knew before me, he worked with the dr I was seeing & I needed routine blood work & they did a pregnancy test. A few days later we were at the mall & the dr called to tell me and before I could tell my husband (he knew from my face) he had a pair of pink & blue socks &told me he's known for 2 days lol..our second I went to the bathroom and looked under the sink for a hair tie & just happen to see an ept so I thought why not, well it was pos so I ran to my hubby who was sleeping & shoved it in his face happily crying lol he was pissed he had a pee stick in his face but excited & this one I just knew cause we were trying
Haha after I told him he said he knew already. Apparently he kept track of my periods lmao and I was 3 weeks late. The night before he was talking about where to put the crib and I told him he was insane
I can picture that in my head. Good morning honey! He's a pre stick I'm pregnant! Lol
My hubby and I were talking about having an actual wedding ceremony (we are common law but theres no paperwork for that) and he said he wanted to wait a couple more months to get a bit more saved up so all of our families could come. About a week later I got the positive test so when he came home from work I asked him of there was any way I could change his mind on waiting and when he said why I told him because I want all three of us to have the same last name. It took him a couple minutes to realize what I was saying but when it finally dawned on him he just started smiling like a little kid.

So since we weren't trying at all I didn't think I was either. The first test said positive the second said negative so I ran out to buy more and he happened to call he asked what I was doing and I was like "well...". He was a nervous wreck the rest of the night. The next one was negative but I waited til the morning to take the last one and sure enough bfp. I think he was more excited than me.

He decided to take his time since he was sitting with our first finally I said come here Nicholas so daddy can go to the bathroom. That finally got him in there. A few min later he came out with the test in his hand shaking his head with a huge grin on his face.

We were out of town for my mil funeral and I was late but I always have irregular periods but since we had been trying we had decide to take a test since my boobs had been really sore and I was a little nauseous well I went to the bathroom sorry tmi I peed on the stick and put it down then I had to poop but in the middle of that I peeked at the test and saw 2 lines I swear my urge to poop went away so I pulled my pants up and yelled for my husband and he came to the bathroom and I started crying I dont wanna be pregnant lol and he just laughed at me cuz I was laughing and crying at the same time lol he loves that im pregnant he says its hes mom coming bk since its another girl and im due almost around her bday lol
Well I had told my boyfriend that my cycle was a couple of days late so he told me to take a test that next morning to see. Well the night before I tested I could not sleep I was so anxious lol it was making me crazy so about 6 am the next morning I hopped out of bed so fast and took my test normally ladies leave till its done but I sat there in watch hahaha. We had been trying for year with fertility treatments due to pcos and were on a break. On christmas eve I decided to buy a test randomly and it was positivei almost had a heart attack cause I didn't even think it was possible ( no period on my own for a year) and I rushed to my room and called my hubby and said look! And asked him if he thought it was real and we were both in shock! And then we drove to the store and bought three more tests to be sure! Happiest day of our lives
I was on the IUD and I had it taken out bc it was causing a lot of problems and my Dr. Told me it takes a months to get pregnant after an IUD bc it thinns the lining and an egg can't attach so I made an appointment to get on the shot but my appointment was a month away but I didn't use protection bc I thought it would take a while to get pregnant. Well the month went by and I missed my appointment thank god bc I missed my period also so me and my boyfriend went and got a preg test and when I got home I took it and said baby is that a line and he said no you can't already be pregnant but as we sat and watched it it got darker and darker and all he could do was smile lol I was in shock but kinda excited at the same time now I'm 19 with a 3 yo little girl and 31 weeks with our son.
I had a friend actually get pregnant on an IUD. It traveled somewhere or fell out somehow and she got pregnant. They never did find what happened to it. The doctors had to look in the placenta and see if it was there
My boyfriend knew before me. I didn't realize I was late and he called while I was at work. ( I work in a hospital) he said hey bring a test home I think you're pregnant. Sure enough I was lol
Charryv its the greatest feeling when they have told you how hard it will be to conceive with PCOS to get the bfp. I think with out first I was in too much shock to get excited at first I kept thinking it wasn't real. Congratulations!
Lol my (now ex) was working down south when I found out. I had a crappy day at work and had been sick, I was exhausted (though I put that down to the job) and I was talking to him on the phone and said the girls at my work had told me jokingly to take a test as I don't normally complain about being unwell etc, and he freaked out, told me to go take one (I was on the Pill, we had decided we didn't want kids for another few years) so I went to the store, and bought one of their own brand ones as it was a couple days before payday. It came back positive but I thought it was cause it was just a cheap one so I used the emergency credit card and went and bought a couple more, and a Clear Blue First Response - they all came back positive, I lined them up on the couch, took a pic of them all and text it to him, then sent a normal text afterwards saying I'd sent him a picture....I was too scared to tell him myself as I thought he would shout at me. He called me as soon as he got them, was in shock, could barely speak to me for two days he was in that much shock lol x
Yes and he has been wanting another daughter so he kept better track then me of my period smh lol I think he'll be real disappointed if it isn't a girl.
It was my brothers wedding and I was home alone with my boyfriend and I wasn't late and I had one laying around and he was like your moody and **** wouldn't surprise me if you were pregnant I was like Nahh I'm not pregnant and I peed on the test and it was already showing the pregnant line. I was like :O Omg I'm pregnant!! So we went a bought the more money ones cause I used a dollar store one and sure enough i was. I thought it was twins because I took it at like 4 in the afternoon and I wasn't even 2 1/2 weeks so I was surprised!! :) wouldn't Change it!!! I love my son even though I'm only 23 weeks.
Well I told my bf Im late n he was all excited. Lol and then I was like maybe my period is changing cuz it does ever 6 month. So tje whole month my man was like did you buy a test I said no so then I was like if I don't get my period bt xmas ill buy one. Xmas came n gone no period bought a test. Before i could see the 2 lines I its positive. Called my bf took a pick of it sent him a pic and said there's ur prof.
