Not true at all...I am having a boy and I have had morning sickness since my 7th week and at 37 weeks Im still sick. I dont know why they call it morning sickness since mine is 24/7...I am the only person I know who has lost weight instead of gained it.

It doesn't mean anything..but the old wives tales sure are fun. For me I had hardly no morning sickness. Just a little nausea for a couple of weeks in the first trimester and it's a boy.

I didn't have hardly any morning sickness, I was convinced and everybody was convinced it was a boy...but no, a little girl. :)
