I'm also due in summer. due June first and I got a lot of nb onsies, my shower is next month so I'm hoping for different sizes
I'm predicting a smallish baby tho since me n my bf were both 6lb-ers and his first kid was also 6lbs so my doc has said anywhere between 6-7lbs unless I end up with GD
Yeah I'm due in June but my bf tells me to shop now before I'm to uncomfortable to do it. Im having a small shower its more for my family to get the big furnicure pieces since they all have said they won't be getting me baby clothes
I think newborn is like 5lbs-8 and 0-3 8-12 lbs something like that but when are u due? Cause I'm due in summer so I will probably have him more in plain onesies since it gets way hot
What is the difference in nb and 0 months?
My son is 17 days old and was 8lbs 3.5oz and some of his nb clothes hes swimming in. My bf and i didnt buy much of nb clothing and now i kind of wish we bought more bc 0-3months is way too big on him. I dont think anyone can tell you how much to buy. It depends on the size of your baby.
I think that's more than enough nb, unless you've got a premmie baby then they'll fit into them a bit longer. If you're planning ob having a shower I wouldn't worry much with clothes until after cuz a lot of girls love to shop for baby clothes. I think 11 would be enough if you do laundry every 2 days.
So far I have about 7 nb and 11 0-3mnths..need more?
I wouldn't get too many newborn sizes because they outgrow those quickly. Onsies will be your best friend and are easy to accessorize, so plan on many of those in multiple sizes. I would plan on a few outfit changes a day depending on spit up, diapers leaks, feeding and drooling when teething. And it depends on how much you want run laundry for outfits. We're going to stock up on each size so if we can do laundry everyday, we're still covered.
Congratulations and good luck!
My daughter barely fit in NB the first couple days. Your going to want to get a lot of onesies because they spit up and you have to change them a lot
