hurts to poop

So I had a c section 2 weeks ago and I keep getting constipated. I'm taking my stool softeners like I'm supposed to and its still hard. I did a suppository over an hr ago and it didn't work. I can't even sit down cause it hurts. Anyone else go through this. I'm almost scared to even try to poop cause I know its gonna hurt. I think I gave myself a hemroid..... :(

Also helps if you apply pressure to your front ( specially if your had episiotomyol or bad tears. I used to use baby wipes. Fibre and plenty of fluids.

I'm addicted to suboxone and it causes me to not be able to poop.  It hurts like a son of a ***** when I try to poop. I'm saying it hurts bad!!! I'm scared to go because I know what I'm in for.  I'll end up on the bathroom floor screaming bloody murder. I did the glove thing after I had my son vaginally and I used a dulcolax suppository but it didn't work. I'm limited on what I can take cause I breastfeed

This is disgusting but I put rubber gloves on and pulled it out. I knew my poop was right there but it would just not come out. It had been 7 days since my c-section and it just HAD TO come out.

Tucks pads and witch hazel on a cotton ball to help with hemorrhoids. Try something a little stronger than a regular stool softener and not really strong. Try doculax it normally works for me.
