husband problems

So my husband hurt his back at work about a month ago. He just started this job 3 months ago and has a drinking problem! He quit drinking for more than 2 months and then when he shirt his back...instead of going to the doctor, he started drinking again!
Its so frustrating cause he just sits on the couch and drinks instead of helping with the 4 kids we have at home and all the housework too! I'm 36+6 and am scheduled for a c section 11/18. I dont know how to talk to him about this without causing a huge fight. What do I do?

Oh ladies.. I know life aint easy... and you probably don't want to b alone but how does supporting a dead beat alchy help you in anything.. get rid of it... men are suppose to work... if they can't do that for u n the baby.. get rid of it... don't kick urself ... change our situation... there is still time to make good decisions... u tell an alcoholic to not come to the delivery room...ur doing him a favour... he gets to stay home n drink...b strong n believe u are powerful and worthy to be treated with respect... so does our offspring.

Even if you start a big fight so what,hes needs a swift kick in the pants. You dont want it to be normal for your kids to be around a alcoholic. He needs help an to get a job. I would tell him its either you get yourself together or dont bother coming to the delivery room but thats just me. Good luck!!

Omg im in the same boat but i dont have 4 kids we have a 5 yr old and this one on the way. My boyf just lost his job made redundant. He also has a bad drinking problem. Now a week b4 im due he asks me how much money i have blah so i can help with rent. Grrrrrr makes me so mad, he just sits around watching me straining and in pain wen i have to do anything. Sumtimes i kick myself for the decisions iv made.
