i Cannot Breathe!

I am 23 weeks and for about the last hour no matter how many times I switch positions I cannot breathe. I feel like my chest and lungs are being restricted and not allowing me to breathe the way I should..is this normal ??

Lol. I'm also 23 weeks and i just complained to my doc about that and he said it's normal because the baby is pushing your organs up and eating spicy foods can cause heart burn which doesn't help with the fact that you already can't breath. He suggested laying upright, almost in a sitting position.
